Tim Wirtz - Founder & CEO
Tim brings more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience serving customers. A business development executive known for driving through walls to develop products and markets throughout North America. He believes that creating a shared vision and empowering people with a clear strategy leads to success.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time walking along Lake Michigan, is an avid movie goer and as often as possible will be found at classic car shows. Time with family is the most important spending time with his kids and 3 grandchildren.
Ron Laramy - Vice President, North American Sales
Ron brings an impressive range of experience to this new role. He is a veteran in the sales and merchandising world having spent twenty-eight years in a variety of roles with Best Buy Company including store management, merchant, category manager and Senior Manager of merchandising operations.
He subsequently spent nearly eight years as the Director of Sales for Slamco, a successful manufacturers representative firm in the Twin Cities selling to many major retail organizations.
Ron and his wife Alisa live in Bloomington, MN with a dog and a cat (mass hysteria). In his free time Ron loves to travel, write, hike and play golf.

Eddie Bray - National Sales Manager
Eddie brings 30+ years of experience in sales and marketing. Most recently, Eddie was a Sales Director with TTI Floor Care where he managed their commercial business across the US. He also spent 20 years with Best Buy including store management roles, merchant/buyer, and Senior Manager of Retail Operations.
Eddie is a relationship driven sales person who enjoys building a connection based on trust and respect with his potential customers.
Eddie and his wife Adrienne live in Cape Coral, FL with their golden retriever named Carol. Eddie also coaches high school football and in his free time loves to spend time golfing and hanging out with family and friends at the beach.

Mike Andersen - National Sales
Mike is a 30+ year veteran of the commercial floor matting industry. During his 30+ year career with The Andersen Company and M+A Matting, he performed roles in both manufacturing, sales, and marketing.
Mike is passionate about building relationships with customers by helping them accomplish their goals and grow their business. Graphic Image Flooring connects creativity with cutting edge printing technologies to produce custom flooring products and Mike is excited to help tell their story across a broad range of market places.
For fun, Mike enjoys spending time doing just about anything outside with his wife Meredith and three teenage children. Northwest Georgia provides plenty of opportunities for running, hiking, biking, and going to the lake.
